WalMart is reportedly holding meetings with employees to warn that if Democrats win the election, federal laws will be changed to make it easier to unionize private companies. Executives claim that if stores are unionized, employees would have to pay union dues and go out on strike without pay. It could also mean fewer jobs as labor costs rise.

Human resources personnel don't tell employees how to vote, but tell them if Democrats win, the bill would probably pass and the employees would not have a vote on whether or not they wanted to unionize.

If any group of employees needed a union it's Walmart. If I were a Walmart employee that news right there would be enough for me to run out and put an Obama bumper sticker on my car.
