Does any other team give up hits to the pitchers like STL?

LOL wut? You're wrong, but it's funny to hear people make idiotic statements like this about Len/JD.

And to think, Harris was our best pitcher today. He's the only one who had a perfect inning.

Huh?

Did the wild cards cease to exist?
The point is you do not have to B/S anyone about this....beating the Cardinals or any other team gets you to the ultimate goal (Playoffs)
It might just be the fact that you guys don't watch them too often, but you kind of have to get their sense of humor. It's very dry and sarcastic.
Thanks, you pretty much explained the reason I can't stand them. A little too cute. The Cards announcers are terrible but for entirely different reasons.

Or the fact that the only times we watch them is against the Cardinals and they definitely ratchet up the whining a notch or two. Overall though, they aren't bad. They capture the fatalistic Cubs fan perspective pretty well.

Kolten Wong (head) passed a concussion test after suffering a head injury in Tuesday afternoon's contest with the Cubs.
Wong appeared to injure himself making a diving play in the fifth inning. After being lifted in the seventh, he passed the concussion test, though afterward said that he still has a slight headache. The Cubs and Cards are playing a double-header and it's a safe assumption that Wong will sit out the second game here. Matt Carpenter will likely start at second in his place.

Please don't be Kozma. Please dont' be Kozma.
If Carpenter is at 2b, then that means Reynolds starts at 3b, I think.

The Cardinals had 14 pitchers on their staff today, and Choate faced two RHBs. That's some pretty [expletive] managing.
