Obama had a "slip" of the tongue today when he said "my Muslim faith" when he meant "my Christian faith". He's trying so hard the last couple of days to prove he's not a Muslim that he's just making it worse. It's quite comical.
Yeah, it was a "slip." He's really a Muslim the same way the government orchestrated 9/11 and this is Bristol Palin's second child.
What a joke.
I just read it anyways. It's pretty clear what he was saying and I'm guessing the time to start silently spreading the Muslim stuff again is on its way.
I work with a guy that seriously thinks Obama is a muslim. He's been told that it's not true at least a half dozen times and he refuses to believe it,the moron.

I know a couple of folks who believe the same thing.
McCain definitely got a big boost from the convention, but I think once the hoopla over Palin settles down it will be Obama back in the lead. And I really think Obama and Biden will be the clear winners of the debates.

McCain got the normal post-convention bounce, and effectively muted Obama's post-convention bounce.
It'll settle down to a tie shortly. This will be a close, ugly election.
• The New York Times -- MSNBC takes Matthews and Olbermann out of its anchor chairs: "After months of accusations of political bias and simmering animosity between MSNBC and its parent network NBC, the channel decided over the weekend that the NBC News correspondent and MSNBC host David Gregory would anchor news coverage of the coming debates and election night. (Keith) Olbermann and (Chris) Matthews will remain as analysts during the coverage. The change -- which comes in the home stretch of the long election cycle -- is a direct result of tensions associated with the channel's perceived shift to the political left.
I assumed they wanted to appear more liberal. Seems like the best move would be to just rename the network, and create some separation from NBC. Easier said than done, I guess.
