At this point, we all know about Mizzou's o-linemen and their Christmas Thursdays, yeah?
Missouri’s starting offensive linemen are no exception. They are five large and hairy men, bonded by their neglected razors and love for … Christmas music.
It started randomly weeks ago as tackles Justin Britt and Mitch Morse were on the parking lot at the Mizzou Athletics Training Complex on a Thursday night. They turned on Pandora, the online radio service. Christmas music came on.
“We started listening to that,” Britt said. “The rest of the linemen came up and we started dancing.”
A ritual was born. Every Thursday night since then, the five linemen — Britt, Morse, guards Max Copeland and Connor McGovern and center Evan Boehm, all of them grizzly since making a pact to keep facial hair flowing since August — have gathered in the parking lot after watching film.
And they dance.
“Then we started playing good,” Britt said. “So, it became a tradition.”
You can find a bunch of the videos in Evan Boehm's Twitter feed. Here's a link. For crying out loud, it's fat dudes dancing horribly to Christmas music. It's, like, the best thing ever:

Look at those odds and think about how ridiculous that looks. On December 6th, Mizzou still has a % chance of making the national championship game, and it's 14x better than Alabama. Unreal.
ODDS TO WIN 2013-14 BCS NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP (1/6/14)
Team Odds
Florida State 1/3
Auburn 7/2
Ohio State 4/1
Missouri 8/1
Alabama 75/1
Now FSU is a huge favorite, which I find a little odd. I don't think they are that much better than any team they would potentially play. Obviously they are the only team almost guaranteed to be in that game, but it still seems like a [expletive] bet. Why not wait until the matchup is set? The spread and money line bets are almost certainly going to be better than 1/3.
Just one week ago Alabama was less than even money, Auburn was a field bet at 10-1, and Mizzou was 20-1.
I can't believe that auburn was a field bet. Crazy. Also, I know mizzou beating atm helped their odds, and I'd imagine that facing auburn instead of bama helped their odds as well, but they still don't control their destiny, right? And osu beating michigan had to be a pretty big blow...
Anyway, if u wanted to hedge against heartache, you could take osu (possiblyauburn as well though that looks like a horrible betl) and then probably be able to lock in a win even if fsu is -250
Nick Saban on Gameday just said Mizzou has the best Defensive Line in the SEC. Is there an emoticon that conveys the disbelief I just heard. What a compliment.
