Not to defend her, but I do know that tow companies can be real [expletive], and a bunch of people have said this one is pretty bad.

Stuff like this:

Their thing is they tow your car for no reason and then taunt you when you come to pick it up.

No idea if the clerk was being rude, but it appears the video is edited.

The video is definitely edited and towing companies are terrible and this one appears to be one of the worst. Not to defend what she said - because it is really mean and all 'i'm so hot; you're snot' which is pathetic - but some of the things she said 'you do nothing, it takes no brains to do this, all you want is money, etc' I can totally get behind.

No-one held a gun to ESPN lady's head and forced her to park there though, right?
