In and of itself, poor form is ok-free to do what they want. Problem is "poor form guy" is almost always responsible for the host of other grievances aired in this thread.
Heh it's not on the same level as the rest, I just mean watching someone do squats a quarter way down or deads with their back actually annoys me. I don't bug em unless they bug me.

That wasn't my quote, but yes -if its loud enough to be heard through the earphones, then cut down your steroid dosage.
I would also like to thank the lady on the cross trainer that needs to yell at her kids on the cell phone while she barely moves the cross trainer for 20 minutes. I can't sink my earbuds in deep enough to block this out.
Co-worker said he'll give me a bench and set of weights. Roommate and I are going in together on a punching bag. Between this, our jump rope, some dumbells we already have and my bike I shouldn't need a gym membership
ugh...in the gym for 45 minutes today...needed to use the squat rack that doubles as an overhead press station. ONE [expletive] guy was at that machine the entire time. Squatting 325. 3 reps per set. for 45 minutes.
So what's in the shakes the dudes carry around and drink while working out? Ah whatever. 9 times out of 10 these bros will be the ones that have all day to workout, stand in front of mirrors, and all that other annoying [expletive].
Have we mentioned the peckerhead who occupies an exercise bike solely to watch a TV show and slowly rotates his legs to give the appearance he's exercising?
I think I annoy people in a different way - sweating too much. I have intensified my workout, and I'm old school with my clothing. Grey t-shirt under a grey sweatshirt/hoody. I ran 3 miles interval training this a.m. with the sweatshirt on, sweat absolutely pouring off of me after that. I went to do my core workout, and took my sweatshirt off to reveal my shirt that you could fill a bucket up by ringing out. Sweat dripping off of me like a running faucet. I use a towel, wipe, etc.. but I've noticed that the Underarmour wearing crowd that keeps their heartrate below 100 give me dirty looks - like no amount of wiping is going to make it acceptable to use a mat/machine/big beach bally thing after I have used it.

[expletive] 'em I say.
I had guys crying about my sweat after working out at the firehouse. I told them that if they didn't work out like a bunch of [expletive] they'd sweat too.
