Blue! SS was WAY off the bag on that one. I'm all for giving them the out when its close but that wasn't close.

I finally got home to watch the game. Picking it up with AW's 2nd inning. Command looks a little better so far -- especially on his cutter/slider.

But, his FB doesn't have any more velocity than it did and it got hammered for two sharp line drives that inning.

The good news is that he was fooling guys on that curve more. That's a good sign! And the cutters/slider to Bruce were very well located down in the zone.
