The multi-family restrictions are leading to splitting lots into halves thirds and building ugly long narrow houses with zero yard.

Also this San Francisco financial institution (via Delaware, obv.) put up this incredibly insulting billboard here in Portland:

Maybe if I wasn't being priced out by your Golden State ahole neighbors I could not rent, expletive-faces. There's a bit of a housing crisis here, SoFi, or are you too smart to read the paper?

SoFi is great. Saved me a ton of money on my med school loans

As a guy not even smart enough to not rent, med school was right out of the question for me. This billboard is better than their 'because you're too smart to pay for bottled water' billboard in Flint, however.
