LISTER: Oooh, I can't wait to see your face in the morning, I really can't.
RIMMER: And nor I yours, Lister, when that pod opens and from it emerges a beautiful alien woman with long green hair and six breasts.
LISTER: Six breasts? Imagine making love to a woman with six breasts!

A Dyson swarm? That would be pretty freaking cool if we detected something like that. Off the charts.

The James Webb Space Telescope is supposed to launch in late 2018. It's supposed to be 100x more powerful than the Hubble.

Saw Venus, Jupiter, and Mars clustered pretty closely together yesterday morning, about 7 am, southeasterly. It was pretty cool.

I leave my house about 6:15 or so, and the last few mornings have been really neat with the three planets.

SpaceX just put a rocket into orbit and then landed the first stage vertically, totally in tact.

Normally the first stage of a rocket is just discarded into the atmosphere and it burns up. It's a huge wasted expense. Landing it saves a ton of money and will make launching things into space a lot cheaper.

If you believe Musk's crazy plan to send people to Mars, a manned version of this would give them a way to land and take off again, too.
