Do I have to have a placard with a veterans logo on it to park in one?Freed Roger wrote:Lowes has veterans parking alongside the handicap spots. Now I see a combat wounded veteran spot. A cheesy move on part of the business property.
I don't know. my lowes has hundred empty parking spots typically. So special parking isnt special. I don't see it at the Target where we shop, the parking situation is a cluster Tte handicap spots appear worse than regular spots IMO, Since where they are located - they see a lot of traffic -exiting that spot looks like a hassleCardsofSTL wrote:Do I have to have a placard with a veterans logo on it to park in one?Freed Roger wrote:Lowes has veterans parking alongside the handicap spots. Yes I was in the Army. And the fact that they have those spots means nothing to me...I doubt I would ever park in one unless it was the only spot available. I typically park on the far side of the lot at most places anyway so I don't have to squeeze between two SUV tanks being driven by soccer moms.Freed Roger wrote:I don't know. my lowes has hundred empty parking spots typically. You and I are the only ones that have ever seen that movie. A friend of mine used to take a lot of craft services gigs and worked on Up in the Air. One day George Clooney was going through the line or however it works and my buddy said "doctor" to which he replied "doctor" and they went back and forth for a solid minute until Clooney finally said "aaaaaaaaaaaannd doctor" and went on his way.CardsofSTL wrote:You and I are the only ones that have ever seen that movie.
