Not to one up you, or should I say Number 2 up you, but my office comes with my own private bathroom. It is like being in heaven.

I have my own private bathroom as well, but I don't deuce there. The space is too small and it doesn't get cleaned as often. Private office bathrooms are at the same time highly valuable and yet overrated.

That said, this week I've been timing my daily dumps to be at 9am.

Daily? I'm twice daily minimum, often thrice daily. I don't think it's good for you to not [expletive] enough. You need more fiber or something.

I only poop multiple times a day if I'm bored. Otherwise I just drop a gigantic load once a day. I used to keep a scale in my bathroom so I could weigh before and after to see how heavy my poops were. I think my record was like 7 lbs.

See you need to eat more fiber or some damn thing. 7lbs of that in your body is not good for you. I can see 2 ... maybe 3 if you are backed up - and 8oz of that is just the adjoining pee that you most likely take. But 7 is crazy. I mean I think you literally [expletive] a brick, if not 2.

edit .. btw, I am amazed that people go a day without going. That is mind boggling to me. You must feel awful.

I've used a certain diet(lots of protein, very minimal carbs, low GI, etc) a couple times now to lose weight, and I was only going about once a week, after my cheat day meals worked through me. Wasn't uncomfortable at all, and in fact I didn't even notice it for a couple weeks.

Seven days... I can not imagine. I really almost can't imagine 7 hours. In fact, it's been 6 now and I think I have to go get caught up on my mlb news. For me, any meal is a laxative.

One of life's simple pleasures! We bought a scale at work so we could do this. The funny thing is, I think like 5 of us went in on this thing, but we have a community bathroom that 3 or 4 other businesses use as well on the same floor. I've gone in and seen random guys doing it as well. I had to get in line to use the scale we bought.

I just want to go on record as saying 3 today. That's pretty typical. I do not know how people go a week, or even a day without this.

Men's bathroom has caution tape around it. Either they're still recovering from the bomb I dropped yesterday or they're doing maintenance work. Either way, I have to walk like a mile to use the nasty shop floor bathroom.
