"We have to be in California by X time for X. We'll be gone before you even wake up."
*wakes up to kids in pool screaming in Japanese*
There's two entire orange peels in the sink amongst a giant pile of dirty dishes. There's a trash can less than three feet away. Nevermind that they were my oranges. Why the [expletive] would you peel an orange into the sink? I'm changing my religious stance. There definitely is a god, and he is testing me in some way.

They finally left today. On the way out the mom asked for my phone number and email address. "I really like Vegas. My friends and I are going to start coming here a lot without our kids. I just want to make sure you are here to unlock the door." Doesn't ask, just casually throws that out there.
I LIVE HERE. THIS IS MY [expletive] HOME. I'M NOT RUNNING A GODDAMN TIMESHARE OR BED AND BREAKFAST. I'M NOT RELATED TO YOU AND I DON'T LIKE YOU.
Apparently if you are nice enough to let someone stay with you once and don't tell them to [expletive] off, they have carte blanche to use your house at their convenience.

I'm amazed at what some people on this board put up with just to avoid a conflict or confrontation.
