He probably won't get fired because he is doing exactly what ESPN is paying him to do. Neither him or Bayless deserve to be employed in any fashion in sports journalism and yet the entire premise of First Take is giving two trolls a national platform to do their thing.

How do people not realize this?

You know the old saying: nobody ever went broke underestimating the intelligence of the American people.

That [expletive] made me incredibly angry, then I got mad at myself for reacting exactly how Espn wants us to. They want the notoriety. [expletive] them in the pants.

ESPN would like you to tune into First Take on Monday for Stephen A's mea culpa. Everybody wins! Or at least, ESPN does.

Unreal. When will the rest of America wake up and stop watching this joke of a network?

Unfortunately they have bought up the broadcast rights to so many sports that they are as ubiquitous as Wal Mart at this point. Not going anywhere.

It's not even that they have the rights to so many sports. First Take appears on ESPN2 which doesn't show that many live sporting events compared to ESPN. It's that people want to hear about sports, nonstop. And, somehow, First Take attracts a lot of viewers...even away from SportsCenter. Blows my mind. It even blew ESPN's mind...which is why it was on ESPN2 to begin with. In less words, First Take is not popular because of ESPN.
