Garrard wants NFL teams to know he's getting regular massages so he's good to go for an NFL season if they come calling.

Seriously, what the [expletive]?

That strategy didn't work out too well for Tommy Hearns.

This is awesome. Onion-esque.
"I think the past four games have been tough for me, trying to control some things, and, hey man, I'm just going to let it out," Marshall said. "I don't care if I have two, three cameras on me. I don't care if I have penalties. It doesn't matter; I'm going to let it all out. I don't care what you guys write or what the commentators say. I'm just going to play football. That's what I'm best at. I'm best when I play emotional. I'm best when I play with passion. You guys are going to see that on 'Monday Night Football.'

"I don't know if it's throwing a football 15 yards in the bleachers, or getting a 15-yarder [penalty], or punting the ball and getting thrown out of the game. But something is going to happen. I'll probably get kicked out after the second quarter."

Marshall, who recently talked about his struggles with BPD (Borderline Personality Disorder), went on to say that he wasn't kidding about this, and even named names of Jets defenders who might want to watch themselves on the field.

That was pretty bush league by Harbaugh at the end of Niners-Lions. I like the Lions even more now.

So are players just going to wear pink [expletive] indefinitely? This is getting out of hand.

I think it is stupid in the first place in all sports 82. Let's have the refs throw pink flags too.

Not that I'm cold, I hate cancer and just lost a relative to it, but why not make an awareness of all cancers?

When I see the pink, I actually think of "all cancers", actually.

But yeah, it's overkill. I'm all for the awareness. But when it becomes a permanent think (which it seems to be), then it kinda loses the effect.

I don't think it's permanent. October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, so I think they're wearing them all of this month. You may be right about it being excessive, though.

Oh.......OK. I didn't realize that it was a month-long thing. That makes more sense.

Jim Harbaugh might consider decaf.
