For years we've been hoping for a pure scorer, we might have had one all along with Tanks...just needed some time for him to grow. That being said, he's going to spread the ice and make a lot of opportunities for the others and himself. Hopefully. So far so good, but it's early.

I wonder how much Lehtera is helping out. I don't know a lot about hockey, but that dude looks legit.

Give Tarasenko all the monies right now. I don't care how much he wants, what currency or even if he wants to be paid in goats. Just give him whatever it takes to keep him locked up for life (or at least his productive years) while they can still maybe afford him.

This has been one fun run to watch! Tarasenko looks like that gamechanger we've needed for so long to get us deeper into the playoffs.

He was a 20 goal scorer in his first full season, which wasn't really a full season at 64 games. He has developed incredibly quickly. He is special.

Lehtera's three were nice last night and so is all three of them having a hat trick this season but I won't be impressed by that line until they decide to get Jackman a hat trick one game. I think they could do it if they really set their minds to getting it done.
