It makes me hit the mute button quicker than a viagra commercial.

But it pairs so well with weather inappropriate flip flops, cargo shorts and ringer t shirts.

I remember watching a game on WGN and all these slobs are clearly flubbing the words while singing it. There's like ten words total! How do you [expletive] that up?

I love to argue about things that are completely subjective. Soundgarden is the best Seattle band.

The worst thing about this Cubs run is waking up in the morning, turning on the news, and being greeted by that piece of [expletive] song first thing in the morning. [expletive] hate it.

The second side of Badmotorfinger and most of Superunknown are better than anything I know by Pearl Jam.

Something I've never thought to myself since 1995 or so - "you know what would be fun to listen to right now? Pearl Jam." I probably haven't deliberately listened to anything by them in that whole time.
It's possible "Daughter" might be an exception.

Eddie Vedder is a great musician.
I have seen Vedder solo once.
I have seen Pearl Jam four times.
My first ever email address was a Pearl Jam reference.
I've named pets in reference to Pearl Jam trivia.

TBS and the Cubs damn near ruined Pearl Jam and Eddie Vedder for me. I need the Cubs sucking again.
I mean this with all due respect Tim. You are [expletive] nuts.

Is this about Last Kiss? I heard that 600,000 times on the radio one summer, and I didn't like it the first time. Maybe you're all just die hard George W. Bush fans. Also, one of his Martin guitars has a sticker on it--that's disgusting.

I'd be happy to hear any of these songs any time, and listen to them and others often enough:
Black
Corduroy
Rearviewmirror

Between Vs. and Ten, even tossing the played-out stuff, you could get a great playlist. Throw in Vitalogy and I feel like the haterest could do it/

I'm going to put this here just to piss you guys off (though I genuinely like it). Cast pearls to swine:

Does Sleater Kinney count? They're from Olympia, which is nearby. They're better than Pearl Jam, too.

Screw it. Yes. Count it. And while we're doing that, Bikini Kill.
