It's kind of becoming a trend where every action/blockbuster movie is trying to emulate Hans Zimmer's scores for Inception and The Dark Knight.

Just got back from Avengers. What an absolutely terrific popcorn flick. Hulk was everyone's favorite, judging from the full theater's five or six loud ovations in his scenes.
I didn't stay til after the full credits finished - I think the bit that played after the main credits rolled was the only one. Quick shot of the bad guy for the inevitable sequel. Very satisfying!
Also, there had to have been more previews before it than I've ever seen in a theater. No problem for me, I feast on that [expletive]. Prometheus knocked me on my ass, even though I've seen the trailer a bunch of times. New full Brave trailer was terrific. Dark Knight Rises, hell yeah. Battleship, Frankenweenie, ehhh. Amazing Spiderman trailer was very well put together.

There were two vignettes after the credits. One after the main, then another after the full.
