I REALLY wanted Steven Jackson to sign with the Broncos.

Broncos get Wes Welker instead. Peyton may re-write the record books next year, with Thomas/Decker/Welker/Tamme, and a loaded offensive line.

It looks like the infamous "tuck rule" might go away.

It was correctly called 11 years ago but remains a terrible rule. Helped make that one of the most entertaining NFL games ever, though. The "tuck rule" would have been enough to make that game memorable on its own but Vinatieri booting a 45-yard FG in the snow with the wind in his face was pretty extraordinary.
