My mother in law used to iron my husband and his brother's jean when they lived at home. But I don't believe she ironed it with a crease in front, she'd just iron the "wrinkles" out. She's kind of weird about laundry.

Aside from this being disturbing for the obvious reasons, I think this is a prime example of why the first thing you do in a hotel room is take off the bedspread and toss it in the corner of the room. (While wearing a Level 2 containment suit.)
