Wow, 5 turnovers for Brees... and to think, in another league, I was worried that Brees and Coleston would combine for 35 points (I was up by 34 and my opponent had those two left).

3-0 in that league. 3-1 this week (only loss in GRB), and I'm 3-0, 2-1, 2-1, and 1-2 (GRB).

Upset of the Week (Week 3):

Tahoe Hit Men over Warner's Crunchtime!

Arguably the least feared team in the league, Tahoe Hit Men defeated Warner's Crunchtime on Monday Night by a final score of 89.12 to 84.90 without even playing a defense in the last slot. What looked like a sure win by Warner the entire week turned into a quagmire when Deuce McAllister left the game early after only managing to put 6 yards on the pointboard. When reached for comment, Tahoe Hit Men's coach could not be reached, as he has been AWOL for the entire weekend. How the Hit Men managed this victory is one for the books. Warner's Crunchtime started off to a promising 2-0 start, but after dropping a game like this, the future looks a little hazy.

Young left to get an IV, although I still have the win by 1.24 points, even with that interception.
I thought I would win even if he picked up a defense, and I don't really have a bunch of players on my team I don't like that I could drop for useless defenses.

I'm still 2-1, without much from my number 1 pick, Steven Jackson. And with that, an injury to Deuce, and bad quarterbacks, I'm still 5th in points. Things are far from hazy over here.

But you, Admiral, have Najeh Davenport as your 3rd RB. And you're starting him this week. I'm much more concerned about you...

It's Portis and Young's bye week. Najeh is in until I get updates on Vernand Morency. Najeh has gotten consistent looks, even as a backup, but I'll put Morency in for a risky start if I can't figure out a trade.

So Reggie Bush has a bye week this week (which is probably actually a good thing). Who would you start as your flex player, D. Williams of Carolina, Pittman of TB, or Burleson of Seattle. I'm tempted to go with Burleson as Hasselbeck seems to throw his way quite a bit, now he just needs to catch the ball. OR, I could substitute Burleson for the severely struggling Reggie Brown of Philly and play one of the other two RBs at flex. Any thoughts?

Your RB situation still isn't good, even if it is Portis' bye week. Davenport has been getting points because the Steelers have been killing everyone--one garbage time score in 3 weeks does not a viable player make. Vernandy Morency is still hurt, and he's still Vernand Morency.

Is this one any more palatable?
