Look at that! An inning is over and the Cardinals have a lead!
In about the godddam ugliest way possible.
Baby steps to competency?

What? How is that not a complaint?MinorLeagueGuy wrote:How is that a complaint? I simply don't think playing the walking dead is an intelligent baseball move.Jmodene wrote:MinorLeagueGuy wrote:So, he of the torn calf muscle gets the start. Brilliant.

With Votto on 1st and Hamilton on 3rd, it's pretty much guaranteed Votto walks to 2nd base. We got out of it there but we can't let Hamilton on.

So for just the second time in 7 games, we have finished a full inning with a lead. Way to go boys!

It should get better with Adams, Holliday and Grichuk coming back. It will reduce Moss and Reynolds ABs. And thus the terrible ABs.MrSaigon wrote:Or fall behind every batter. Oh you'll know when I complain. But we can agree to disagree. There are definitely complaints in this thread though. Will y'all pile on those guys too?Vidor wrote:What? If he walks another this inning, I take him out.
We need this game.
