I would take Braun just because his salaries of 20 million in 2017, 20M in '18, 19M in '19 and 17M in '20 are kind of conservative for what it costs to get star players nowadays. He's only entering his age 33 season so he still has a few more good years in him.

How about a trade for Billy Hamilton? Doubtful the Reds would trade him within the division? Or maybe worse, we give up prospect(s) in the division.
