Memo to all of the Richard Sherman apologists: Stifle. This talented yet insufferable defensive back for the Seattle Seahawks isn't the 21st-century version of Malcolm, Martin or Medgar.
So you should quit your hand-wringing, and between now and the Super Bowl in a couple of weeks, you should remember that Sherman put himself into this position of getting blasted in so many ways. Mostly, when it comes to either screaming or whispering racism these days, you should find a more worthy cause.
This isn't it.
My neighbors think that Sherman is the greatest, and I've had enough already. It's only a game, folks.
Memo to mr author person:
Go [expletive] Yourself.

Apologist

What about the hysterics of Harbaugh last weekend? Reminds me of a rager-fan that would get tossed from my hometown HS basketball games.
Then you had Pete Carroll. Uggh. a certain prickish male cheerleader quality to him, no?
Bud Grant after Vikings block a punt
Bud Grant after getting hosed by bad call
Bud Grant Winning NFC Championship
Bud Grant losing Super Bowl
Bud Grant after bagging a deer with his bare hands

You couldn't be any whiter, Freed. Where did you grow up, Lake Wobegon?

Bad behavior is all over the place in sports nowadays. Old school coaches like Grant wouldn't have put up with the likes of Richard Sherman for one minute.
Meanwhile, the snowstorm back east has done this to MetLife Stadium:
Bud Grant would love to coach here.

Amen Mary.
I'm guessing if Richard Sherman played for Grant, he'd follow Grant's lead , keep his yapper shut and channel his energy into playing even better.
Now back to tearing up watching Bud Grant at his old HS. O look, he recalls his father was a firefighter .... sniff sniff.

All it took was just one year in Sconnie ?
Yes, one year was enough. This reminds me of the Lampoon's One Year Affair in the '70's.

Once a game is decided, I click it off. No interest in watching bozos.

And I don't turn it on until the ball is in the air.
You guys realize these guys are still bozos even when the ball is in the air, right?

The Seahawks and Broncos lead the NFL in PED suspensions since 2010. This article is year old. The Seahawks are up to 6 now. Some of them are out of football or currently suspended, but there will be some playing in the Super Bowl.
