I bought mushroom spores (for research purposes, I am a scientist) online. I'm very excited for this new home gardening project.

I just know I’d [expletive] this up. So I’ve been experimenting with how often is okay to poke at some old friends you know who have connects, but whom you never talk to organically. Clumsy situation.

Very interested in trying this to get out of my own brain/ego. I haven’t tried in at least ten years.

Schpletamine too, if you can break my code.

One of the only benefits of living in Florida is it's really hard to [expletive] up plants that like humidity.

How is everyone not entirely obsessed with the Lori Vallow story? There's a couple in Kauai who fancy themselves prophets and have left a trail of dead people behind them. Law enforcement is hovering over them and it's strange they haven't pounced yet. Two kids are missing. Only it's way more interesting than that. The world ends 7/22/2020 for example. Attractive blonde lady. All of it.
Oh man. She's in jail now, and things are just getting more interesting. For example: this guy Chad told her her husband was actually dead and inhabited by a spirit/zombie named Nick Schneider. Chad's wife was also inhabited by a spirit/zombie. Both possessed spouses are dead now under mysterious circumstances and Chad and Lori are married and collecting the 144,000 people who have been chosen for exaltation in the upcoming end of the world.

Kids are still missing.

Crazy stuff. There was another episode of Dateline last week that tells the story from the beginning.

It's like Tiger King in real time. Less cats, more murder. Less country music, more Second Coming of Christ.
Saw the Dateline episode. It’ll be interesting to follow as the truth comes out.
Human remains found on Chad Daybell's property were of missing Idaho kids: Police

She was found guilty. The trial revealed lots of disgusting and fascinating stuff. These people started from a Mormon base and then spiraled into deadly Religious LARping. One lady could control the weather. Another was married to Jesus in a previous life. Chad was Methuselah, and Lori was married to him in that time. The kids and their spouses were murdered brutally so these two could bang righteously and help Jesus come back.

Really convoluted, terrible stuff.

The V-shred guy on YouTube. Stfu and let me watch videos about guitars and bad movies.

Does this resonate at all? I see more of that guy than my kids. Are you guys getting served this guy’s ads six times in a ten minute video?
I only go to YouTube if I absolutely have to. It's practically unwatchable.
Just now seeing these comments, but how are you guys not paying the like $13/month for YouTube premium? I started doing it back when it was called YouTube Red when Cobra Kai first came out, as it was the only way to watch the first season or two. Then I kept it, because I enjoy and watch YouTube enough that it’s worth it to never have to see/hear a goddamn ad.

I get that. But for me personally, I think I would give up every other subscription before I would give up my YouTube premium. But part of that is due to having a young kid who’s addicted to Cocomelon.
