His campaign is so dysfunctional right now that it probably didn't cause much of a ripple. McCain should have ran this election being himself, that was his chance to win. Palin was a catastrophic mistake, a sign of panic and a willingness to do anything to get elected. If McCain had no campaign strategist I'll bet this election would be closer.
