every one of them that had a visible wall? pretty much only post in the UA page.

charter has hired people to monitor twitter. they search twitter for charter and say "Sorry you feel that way. Let me know if I can help". almost bots, but they spell things wrong sometimes etc.

The state of customer service for many companies now is pathetic. Rather than invest resources in helping you resolve a problem they invest resources in discouraging you from complaining.

This "Christian" guy on the United page is blatantly working for them. He responds to almost every post trying to undermine the customer complaint.
