Simpson's swing is lost right now. He might not win a point. Mahan won recently so I have a little more faith in him. The Ryder Cup is always fun to watch at least.

I love the Ryder Cup so much more than any individual golf tournament. I don't know if the players still feel this way, but I remember growing up how all the players would talk about it getting their nervous juices flowing unlike anything else. Langer missing that putt* is still one of the great sporting memories I have as a kid.
*Which he deserved to miss with that stupid ass grip he had. You can't win a Ryder cup for Europe holding a putter like that.

lol - I used to dislike Rickie, but now he's become one of my favorites on tour.

I think there were a lot of questionable decisions by Watson. Playing Phil Friday afternoon when he was clearly out of gas, and then sitting he and Keegan all day Saturday. Also could have gone with the hot rookies Friday afternoon after a great performance in the morning.
Oh well, the result was predictable anyway...

And playing Rickie and Walker all 4 rounds. They ran out of gas. Europe just kills us in the Foursomes.

Yes, 1-7 in foursomes. Absolutely brutal. If we go 4-4 we win it.
