This was the scene of the USA England game at a block party a few minutes before the game. Bunch of people came out from the bars after the game. Was good crowd and a lot of fun. Aw jr had a good time.

Delete everything from the end of that tweet URL starting with ?

That MMA midfield really went mainstream today. With transfer rumors around Adams and Musah, our midfield is going to have World class expectations going into 26. We saw it in CONCACAF and seeing them absolutely bully the England midfield was glorious.

Thanks for the tip.

The first half of the first half I though the midfield was struggling to win battles. But after that they looked. Good. Second half of the first half you almost start to entertain thoughts they can win the game. That pulisic shot off the crossbar got the biggest reaction from the crowd. But holy [expletive] if if I didn’t think McKennie was gonna finish that cross. Just a beautiful pass.

Big cheer when geo and Sargent came in. Mostly for geo I think.

Would it be fair to say mbappe is the conversation of best player in the world?

Commentators don't like our strikers. Who among the midfielders might be best suited to go up top? Aaronson has looked sharp. People are clamoring for Reyna (I've just never seen him play, but for the few minutes vs England). We could put either in and move someone forward. Or could Reyna go up?

Dempsey says Weah on top and Aaronson in.

Sure looks like it. Messi keeps winning the best player trophy. And he doesn't look totally unworthy, but watchimg the games today (sample size, other factors I'm sure), Mbappe seemed to create more. I don't watch any of their club ball--they both play for PSG.

There's also this viking playing for Man City that scores three goals every single game. Unfortunately he didn't make the WC. Seems like if you score three goals every game you should be in the mix.

Is the stoppage time experiment over? Too bad.

I know nothing about soccer, coaching it, strategories, etc.

But yeah you’d think they’d start dest and the two thors in the backfield, then every offensive weapon they have. Don’t wait until there’s 20-30 minutes left.

The goal should be to score two goals in the first 10 minutes.

Rooting for concacaf teams has been a kick in the nuts. Watching Mexico lose was pretty cool though. Feel bad for their keeper.

That conversation started four years ago.
