There are a couple head-scratchers but for the most part the Chicago ones are good. If you were to come to town for a week and hit all the spots nominated under Best Chef: Great Lakes you would have done really well.

I don't like butter in my scrambled eggs. I just like taking the eggs and scrambling them.

So, what's the difference? They're both scrambled eggs cooked. If you add more butter and push it instead of flip it that's scrambled and completely different than not adding butter and flipping it? Sounds made up. Plus, that's not even how the french cook their eggs.
Maybe a better question would be, what do you call it when someone breaks two eggs, scrambles them, adds them to a pan until cooked? Because it seems you're saying they're not scrambled eggs.

This one has little creamy curds:
This one is fluffy, solid, not curd-y:
They are different things.

Scrambling isn't the process of beating them in a bowl. That's beating or whisking. Scrambling eggs is the process once they're in the pan.

What are green things on the eggs and why are they there? Those plates would go right back to the kitchen.

this is the worst discussion i think we've ever had here.....like 5 pages on scrambled [expletive] eggs?
crack the eggs, mix them in a bowl, put them in a pan, and cook them however the [expletive] you want.
this is scrambled eggs we're talking about here....you know; the [expletive] you get at denny's.
don't tell people how to cook eggs...it make you look like an [expletive]...they're eggs
