I hate to seem like a dick, but I just have such an incredibly hard time getting into the Rams. Does anyone else have this issue? I had something typed out about it being a good sign that the o-line is somewhat consistent, but I just gave up.
I want to like this team so bad, but blech..

I don't have a problem with getting into the Rams. I'll give you an excuse, you jumped on the Bradford band wagon.

22 yards today on 14 passes and a carry. Bradford fans don't deserve a wagon yet.

There were a few dropped passes in the rain.

I used to be nearly as big of a football fan as I was a baseball fan. That is until they gave Marc Bulger a Top 5 NFL QB salary. This team hasn't been watchable for me since at least 2005. There's just nothing compelling about them at all and there still isn't. Maybe I'm just disinterested in football now in general, I really don't know. But this team doesn't do it for me, Bradford or no Bradford. I can't see him changing that.

'06 was their last watchable year. I think they can be a surprise team this year, they just need less players to get hurt and for Spags' D to actually be in effect.

I quit caring much about the Rams about the same time. I didn't live in the STL market anymore so I didn't have to watch them get their asses kicked every week. I'm still a big NFL fan (I'll watch just about any game that's on TV) but I'm not really attached to any one team any more. It's actually kind of nice being a free agent fan.

I am still a Rams fan, though they frustrate me twice as much as the Cardinals do. The Rams are not a fun team to watch, because Spags is a good coach. He plays conservatively, which is probably the only chance we have to beat teams. It seems like the goal is to hope that Jackson gets some touchdowns and try to stop them on defense. He does the best with what we have, and that is a lack of a good WR. Every single WR on our team would be a #3 WR on any other team. So we do short gains to our TE or give it to Jackson on a flat. Now that we've started filling our linemen with young talent that we drafted, we can start drafting the skill players we need to start making plays.
