I grew up with a Maltese that had epilepsy. Either they didn't have seizure medicine back then or we just didn't give it to him (I was a child)...He had maybe one seizure a year and we just kept him on his side and sort of held him until he stopped. I'll have to tell that to my parents. Their bichon has seizures, sometimes he goes months without them, sometimes he will have four in a day.
