Was listening while doing a lot of gardening and housework. Shocked that we took control there.
Hate to see Bishop injured. Never like to see an injury.
Just win a home game boys.

I feel like the game should be stopped if the goalie goes down like Bishop did. I get why they don't do it. But sheesh...could you imagine that happening at a more critical time....like in OT of a Game 7.

That would theoretically encourage diving. If his helmet comes off, I'm sure they blow the whistle. Blow to the head causing him to go down, blow the whistle now that we know what we know about concussions. Shot to the neck, blow the whistle. Anywhere else, gotta continue play, or else the diving starts.
And I say that as a goalie who had his helmet knocked off in a game and play continued. I've also been kneed in the back of the head while a player was trying to jump over me once and play continued. Play should have stopped those times but it was a different era... and a stupid era.
EDIT: On the other hand, I would have completely understood if they stopped play there since it was obviously not a dive and he obviously was hurt. I know he's dived in the series already, but that wasn't a dive. I hope he is okay.

Dang JC. You a hard ass
Based on your original post, I wrote that JC.
But, ETA: yeah, Bishop's flopped once at least. That's his karma. Forgot about that.

Yeah, when I read what I posted I wondered if it would be too intense so I edited it out. Basically, when my helmet came off they shot at my head and I caught it. (It was kinda weird/surreal. I had a feeling they would try to scare me by aiming at my head so I was ready for it, and oddly/stupidly, not afraid. I just knew I'd catch it and all would be fine)
When I was kneed in the head, I had an obvious (to us now) concussion. I writhed around for a few seconds, slowly got up, looked drunk (according to my Dad) and fell over while trying to move laterally, falling into an oncoming shot. I actually don't remember falling, I just remember being on the ground and the puck was somehow next to me, so I covered it up. I don't remember this next bit, but the coach told me that he came out and was asking if I knew my name and where I was and all that and I just kept saying, "I'm fine. I'm good." Stayed in the game because we didn't know about concussions then.
Its not "hard ass" as much as stupid. I was young and compe... stupid.

I admit I didn't think they had that game in them.
And man, I hate to see anyone injured, but good lord that slapper from Parayko could be a series changer.
