And if Singleton isn't included in the deal, we may have underestimated Ed Wade.

I'd love De La Rosa, but I don't think they'll move him. He had a promising year last year and was derailed by a pulley injury this year (a la Wainwright) but I think is still well thought of by that organization, to the point that they sent down Chacin when De La Rosa came back after Chacin had had a very nice rookie debut.

I thought Chacin was getting knocked around pretty good.

he had a rough July once he was shuttled to the pen after De La Rosa came up. He needed to continue starting.
As a starter he ended up with an ERA of 3.59 before going to the bullpen. I don't see an easy way to break down his xFIP between starting and relieving, but he's been in the mid to upper 3's for each month this year. K/9 for the year is 9.74.
He wasn't having a Garcia rookie year and he had a bad start here and there, but he was their 2nd best starter for a while behind Ubaldo.

JA Happ, Jonathan Villar, and Anthony Gose for Oswalt + $11M?
Does Ed Wade think he's still working for the Phillies?

If we're going to dig through the bargain bins again, I actually wouldn't mind talking to the Royals about Bruce Chen.
