This place in Edwardsville features build your own mac and cheese

When we went, I didn't partake- got something else. Too much thinking required. Though adding lobster sounds pretty damn good.

Can't remember what I got though. At the time, I thought I'd go back to the place if it were closer. They have some good beer on tap, (served in mason jars - oh pishaw!)

Now, If I head back to that area, I'd hit this place instead

yeah, they do put eggs on things, so000o 2009. but I like it

Pretty sure lobster macncheese is on menus across Maine.

When I was in college I had a great idea once - I bought two weeks worth of dinners of generic Mac and Cheese at $.09 a box. I decided I would not use water or milk and no butter of course, so I would be able to eat on about $1 per week. This would give me the money I needed to drink properly on the weekend. This seemed at the time like the best idea I had ever hatched. I couldn't understand why nobody else had thought of this.

I didn't even make it a week.

Ever since then, Kraft Mac and Cheese made with milk and butter tastes to me like heaven to me. I don't need anything more.

I spend about $2-5 on lunch per week. I basically eat like I am in jail.

i could eat the velveeta cheese straight from the pouch--no shame here

Yesterday I brought in a little left over chili and wrapped it up in tortillas. My chili farts smell EXACTLY like my chili, so I don't know that you can really tell the difference when you come into my office. I don't take the trash out very often in my office so there is that garbage smell that kind of hides or blends in with the other smells too.



There is something dripping down the side of the desk there, isn't there? I'm kind of hoping that's coffee, but I can't really say for sure.

I get these tortillas 8 for a $1. I get two days out of a can of refried beans. Very economical.

is that a stuffed animal lodged in your desk to prevent the banging sound of a loose panel?
