There is a pack of semi-feral cats that live outside the Canadian Parliament building in Ottawa. They live outside year round through frigid winters. I was there in December a few years ago. It was about 10 degrees. I walked around the building and came across this old guy, sitting on a bench. Two cats were next to him, another was on his lap, and a fourth was perched on his shoulder. Strangest cat-thing I had ever seen (and I own two cats).
