i know this really only concerns me...but is R. Braun gonna be an OF, or 3B....I mean, i know in the show he's an outfielder, but yahoo has him only as a 3b...as of yet...?

after he's had 5 starts in the OF he'll gain OF eligibility, so after the first week you should be good to go with putting him in the OF.

They won't count until week 2.
Week one started with the games in Japan. Since we didn't have rosters set by the 23rd, it won't let us count from Sunday, March 30th.
