You're drunk. You met a stripper. You're posting on GRB. One of these things is all wrong.

That is a great beer company. What Twin Cities were they returning to? Are they located elsewhere, other than Fort Collins?

Maybe they didn't distribute to the Twin Cities for a while? Their distribution pattern is always a bit funky.

I met one of their co owners/brew masters this winter. Was talking to him and asked where he was from after he told me he lived in CO now i made some remark about how he should have stayed in Belgium because they have better beer there. Then he laughed and told me who he was and we had a nice discussion about beer.

I'm not sure honestly, I googled that picture.
I went to school at Colorado State in undergrad (which is in Fort Collins) and was seriously spoiled by their brewery. Free beer and you don't have to take the tour. It was our afternoon hangout. Their beer is all very very good, and they are all very friendly (and rated one of the top companies in America to work at).
And no, their only brewery is in Fort Collins. They distribute pretty far away, but mostly only their major beers (Fat Tire and Sunshine). The founder did go to school at WashU however, so he does distribute almost all of his beers to StL, so I'm very happy I still get to enjoy it.
