Am I taking crazy pills? Why would two smart organizations offer Chris Bosh a max deal at this point? He only puts up numbers if he has the ball in his hands at all times, which isn't exactly a recipe for winning basketball games.

Interestingly Houston is said to be the organization at the forefront of using ...how you say... data analysis. Or was anyway.

Maybe they know something we don't.

Cleveland is a special circumstance. OKC got to at least talk to an old and frustrated Pau, but they are 100% draft. Which they have to be.

Bosh isn't a banger anymore, but he would've been a good compliment to Howard because Houston would really have great spacing.

Now I hope Melo stays in NY or goes to CHI and the Love to CLE trade happens. The more players leaving the West, the better.

He would have been a decent fit for their team, but not for anywhere near the salary they were supposedly offering.

I know Simmons has a hard-on for him, but I'm not sure Morely with his advanced stat conferences is all that great. The Lin deal wasn't smart. Expecting a ransom for Asik and not getting help at the deadline with that chip was stupid--they ended up trading him for a pick they had to include to clear Lin. Keeping Kevin McHale was really stupid.
