There has never been a Cardinals manager who wore a pajamas shirt under a team jersey to a press conference. If he dresses sloppily he thinks sloppily. I'd rather stick with Matheny.docellis wrote:He is disheveled and hippy dippy but I bet if we had got him (before hiring MM) we would have been fine with it.
Edit: Jed and Theo totally look like they hang out with Tucker Max.

You couldn't stereotype the Northshore douchebags any more than with Theo and Jed. My skin crawls around people like that.docellis wrote:He is disheveled and hippy dippy but I bet if we had got him (before hiring MM) we would have been fine with it.

On one hand, I totally get the enthusiasm Cubs fans have. I'd be thrilled, too, if I had that much payroll, that much young talent, Theo running the show and Maddon managing.stlouie_lipp wrote:To put my post in context you really have to hear the media coverage up here. They all sound like a group of fanboys. Two guys on the radio were speculating about in which Chicago neighborhood he will live. They sounded like a couple school girls speculating on which cheerleader the star quarterback will ask to prom. It's embarrassing.
They did the same thing a few years ago when they threw a truckload of money at Theo! fap fap fapstlouie_lipp wrote:To put my post in context you really have to hear the media coverage up here.
