Picard Season 2 teaser discussed and shown at the above link. There's already word that Whoopi will reprise her Guinan role this season, and now another TNG guest star seems to be making a reappearance. Picard is my dude y'all.

Another TNG guest star not named John de Lancie? He's obviously going to feature heavily. I'm really skeptical that new Trek is going to be relaxed enough to not turn Q into a gritty, existential crisis, btw.

Levar Burton, Gates McFadden, and Michael Dorn were the only notable absences from S1.

I was trying to keep the suspense up for people to watch the trailer so I didn't name him. But de Lancie was a guest star on TNG yes; not a series regular. They are being pretty mum about whether Worf or LaForge or Crusher are going to give an appearance. Maybe Crusher could show up with Picard Jr and they could bring the whole Beverly Picard thing from All Good Things back into the current timeline. I think it would be cool to see them and maybe Wes Crusher again too since he sort of was coaxed back into Starfleet canonically in Nemesis. Riker is going to be in Lower Decks some more but that doesn't mean he won't show in Picard also. At the least he will probably direct; he usually directs episodes in every series. There is a lot they can do with all the established characters.
