I'm curious what Tom Hardy will bring to it.
Absolutely nothing.

It's like a better Sons of Anarchy
Absolutely. It's like it's written by dumb guys who have smart friends.

My son has gotten into The Simpsons, which I haven’t watched for 20 years. And folks, it’s good.

My fam just got Disney+, and having all those episodes...just sitting there waiting for me...man, it's both glorious and it's torture. There's not enough time in the day.

He watched one from 2005 and it was bad by comparison to the recent ones. I suppose there have been some creative ebbs and flows and certainly a lot of writing staff changes.

Oh, I wouldn't watch anything past season 10 (and plenty of elitist fans draw the line at season 8). It's weird to watch a new episode (ie, one from the last 20 years now). Its like running into your childhood best friend, who looks mostly the same, only he's had a full lobotomy and his soul has been removed.

i've always considered the end of the line at season 10 as well...though i remember enjoying the homer getting medical marijuana episode in (looks it up) season 13...but that's probably for other reasons. there's probably some good episodes sprinkled in all along the way but, at risk of being a snob, i don't care for the show after season 10. I'm glad it's still around but I don't watch it. I also didn't like when they switched to digital animation but i suppose that was inevitable.

i've got 6 or 7 of the first 10 seasons on dvd's and i really enjoyed the commentary tracks, i think they do it for all of them...particularly the 2 (i think) that have conan in the group.

Finished Future Man.

The last season wasn't great. Some funny parts. It definitely peaked in the first season.
I completely agree with you there. I loved the first season and the second was OK but the third... while it had it's moments (if I remember correctly) I'm still not sure I have much of an idea what in the heck was going on there. It has been awhile since I watched any of the third season though.
