That was quite a flurry at the end. Gotta be proud of the US team this World Cup. Best played World Cup in US history probably. Lots of reason to have hope for the future.

We fought. End of the road for a lot of good guys. They may hang around for Copa America but I'll never watch Tim Howard, Clint Dempsey, Jermaine Jones, Kyle Beckerman, DaMarcus Beasley or Landon Donovan in a World Cup again.
That's very tough to think about. End of an era with plenty to be excited about. Onward and upward.
