I would like to start Craig too, but we're a better team with Holliday at least available to play.

yea, I'd much rather have a healthy Holliday... it also would mean we have an awesome bat in Craig on the bench to go when we need it


...but given the health status of everybody, I'm happier that Craig is out there instead of a beaten up Holliday.
