This Danger Mouse is a producer and DJ. That pic is from a collaboration he did with MF Doom who wears a mask like Dr. Doom from Marvel comics. The album was called The Mouse and the Mask, hence that animation. (I believe.)

You got it. It was the album that got me interested in underground hip hop.
