Snell is a little bit like Reyes, still learning how to pitch at the majors, only with better stuff. I wouldn't want to face him on a 40 degree day in Pittsburgh.

Snell actually had a very good season last season, and started off strong in his first start. I wouldnt be licking my lips just yet.

Snell struck out 11 in his first start against the Astros, and many scouts believe he could be a superstar waiting to happen.

That said, hopefully the home opener gets him all jacked up and he freaks out having to face Pujols again(who had that 3 HR day against him).

If Looper could stop the Mets lineup for most of the game, I'd love to see what he could do against the bloody pirates.

That's nice and all, but what are Kerry Robinson's numbers against him?

I like Snell, but I'm not sure I see superstar. He looks like a #2 guy (cieling) to me.

Snell is very stuff-y.

He's full of stuff.

But he's young and he will have bad outings. This will hopefully be one of them.

Snell is pretty darn good. He would look good in a Cardinals uniform. Hard throwers don't bother the Cards as bad as the junkball guys like Glavine and Hernandez. Well, Oswalt shut them down pretty good.
