NFL teams to play one home game overseas

I think this idea sucks, big time.
I'll give my reason later, but would love to read everyone else's responses as well.

Goddell better duck when he announces this to Season Ticket holders of the team(s) losing a home game. Awful idea.

actually they would turn one of the preseason games into a regular season game making it a 17 game schedule, so all teams would have 8 home games, 8 road games and 1 international game.
but i thought this was just an idea that was proposed, is it a done deal now?
another idea was to have the super bowl in another country, but i dont think that will ever happen.
