Zach Greinke had a similar problem a while back. That seems to have worked out OK.

I think a hearty round of boos at his next start should get him back on track.

I don't see much of a parallel here. ZG has a diagnosed medical condition where interacting with others, not just playing baseball poorly, literally makes him anxiety-stricken. Greene apparently just puts too much pressure on himself when he plays poorly, which only makes him play worse.

He needs to go back to playing in Cali where he can get medical marijuana.

Regardless whether it's a medical or psychological condition, if it has been diagnosed and can be successfully treated, this is potenially very good news.
