Fantasy trade input

I was offered Shin-Soo Choo for Gil Meche. It's a fantasy points league - Choo has scored 234 fantasy points and is the 9th best fantasy OFer in my league. Meche has scored 181 points and is the 54th best fantasy SP in my league. It seems like a no-brainer but the rub is that I'm already deepest in the OF and I have hope that Meche will reel-off a 2nd-half like he did last season. Thoughts?

Who are your other pitchers and outfielders? I'd do it on the surface, but not if he's just going to sit on the bench for you.

My other Starting Pitchers:
Billingsley
Cain
Buerhle
Dallas Braden
Ervin Santana
Jordan Zimmermann
Chris Young
My other OFers:
Beltran
Hawpe
Dye
Reimold
Hermida
Milton Bradley
I would use one of the OFers as my DH if I made the deal.
