I tried bacon vodka the other day. Straight, room temp. Was told it was great and then we got laughed at as soon as the shot was down. I almost went on a killing spree. Although supposedly it's good in a bloody mary, which I could see.

Also, enough with the flavored vodkas. Three Olives, I'm looking at you. Tang vodka? Enough is enough. Have some goddamn dignity.

An "upscale sausage restaurant" in Austin serves bacon martinis, which reportedly taste like you left some bacon bits to simmer in vodka. Some things just don't need bacon, or artificial bacon flavoring.

I actually bought some as a joke for my wife. Mostly it means that you smell bacon because this stuff is sitting on your lips.

Edit: I just realized that the baconsalt link above is for the same brand name. JD's must have a glorious bacon laboratory.
