I think what happened is he hurt his hamstring early in the season, came back after a couple weeks, and then re-aggravated it again, so now they're being really cautious with him before bringing him back so that it doesn't turn into a vicious cycle.

He's on the 7-day DL with, I think, another hammy.

It's been awhile since he played, hasn't it? Seems like it's been about a month.

Don't worry, you'll hear when he's back. He'll be player of the week w/ like 5 home runs and 20 RBIs his first 8 games.

386/426/538 in 155 PA so far.

395/432/551 going into today in 162 PA

Mr. Taveras is talented. Good to see a few position prospects emerge this year. Taveras/Adams/Cox/Wong and a lesser extent Ryan Jackson all have the look of possible future big leaguers.
